The clerk at the desk was nice.

Upon arrival, we noticed an unpleasant smell in the room that reminded us of mildew, and the beds felt damp. Although we were switched to another room, it did not meet our expectations and was very basic. Having experienced better stays at this hotel in the past, I felt disappointed this time, especially since I had paid extra for a kitchenette that didn't deliver.

i really enjoyed my stay here as it offers easy access to beautiful parks like new iberia city park just a short walk away and the fascinating bayou teche museum which is only a few minutes drive, making it perfect for my weekend strolls through the city.

The room was surprisingly spacious and had a neat kitchenette that fit our needs perfectly. I enjoyed the calming outdoor area with the grill for a cookout and a cozy spot to unwind. The only downside was a slightly worn carpet, but it didn't ruin our fun 😊. I recommend checking out the outdoor space for a chill evening!
